Single-Session Support

Sometimes individuals or families need timely, focused support for a specific concern, without waiting for ongoing therapy or an assessment to begin, or without a long commitment. Our single-session service was designed with this in mind.

Single-session support offers collaborative, action-oriented sessions for adolescents, adults, and parents/caregivers who are seeking immediate support about a specific concern or topic. Single-sessions are 50 minutes long, tailored to each client’s goals, and may in incorporate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. The focus is on helping to build coping tools, clarify priorities, and identify meaningful next steps.

This service is for adolescents, adults, parents/caregivers. It is offered to all clients who are on our waitlist for psychotherapy, but is also available to others seeking brief, focused mental heath support.
