Fees and Funding Options

Our fees are consistent with recommendations from the Ontario Psychological Association. Please contact us for specific information on psychotherapy, consultation, and assessment fees. Psychological services are not covered by OHIP. However, please read below for some options that may help with fees.

Private Benefits/Insurance: Private extended health insurance plans and workplace benefits often cover psychological services. Please contact your insurance company to determine the specifics of your coverage.

Jordan’s Principle: Jordan's Principle provides financial support to First Nations children living in Canada access the products, services and supports they need. In some cases, this funding may cover our services. For more information click here.

Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO): MNO’s Developmental Services and Support Program provides financial support to cover psychoeducational assessments, autism supports, parent coaching and other services for children up to age 12 who have at least one parent who is a citizen of MNO. Ontario Autism Program (OAP): OAP Core Clinical Services can help cover mental health services, including individual and group counselling and psychotherapy provided by qualified professionals. This funding may cover some services provided at Riverwise. For more information click here.

Glowing Hearts Charity: Glowing Hearts Charity Glowing provides funding for psychoeducational assessments for students in Grades 2 to 5 living low income households in Simcoe County. For more information about this program click here.
