Dr. Chantelle Quesnelle, Ed.D., RP., C.Psych. (she/her)
Psychologist and Registered Psychotherapist
Dr. Chantelle Quesnelle is a Psychologist and Registered Psychotherapist with a deep commitment to supporting children, youth, and adults. Her practice focuses on helping individuals navigate life transitions, manage stress and uncertainty, and explore career or vocational pathways in ways that feel aligned and purposeful. Chantelle offers a grounded and collaborative space to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Chantelle’s therapeutic approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, two evidence-based modalities that emphasize personal values, practical strategies, and forward momentum—whether that means aligning actions with values, figuring how to do do more of what's working, making sense of complex emotions, or discovering new directions for growth.
In addition to therapy, Chantelle also provides psychological assessments that explore thinking and reasoning abilities and social-emotional functioning. Her approach to assessment is collaborative and strengths-based. The goal is to understand what feels difficult and why —whether at school, at work, or in daily life—and to identify practical strategies and recommendations that can truly make a difference.
Outside of her professional work, Chantelle loves enjoying the outdoors with her family and their dog, June. These moments in nature reinforce her belief in the importance of connection, presence, and resilience—values that deeply inform both her personal life and her work with clients.
